Joshua is an investment analyst for an insurance company with over $600 million invested in municipal bonds. He has extensive experience in analyzing and trading all types of municipal credit including GO and revenue-backed bonds from municipalities across the U.S. In addition, he has experience with other fixed income products including U.S. Treasuries, U.S. agencies, mortgage-backed securities, and corporate bonds. Joshua has financial writing experience as a frequent contributor for Seeking Alpha and maintains his own finance blog, Financeyields.com. Joshua earned a B.S. in Accounting from McNeese State University and an MBA in Accounting from American Public University. He is a member of the CFA Society of Houston and was awarded the CFA Charter in 2016.
